the place where you can breathe death ...
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to visit the coldest country in the world?
This is Greenland, the largest island on the planet, it has more than 2 million kilometers, of which less than a fifth is free of ice. However, this is not the most disturbing fact, as it turns out that just as it is recognized as the coldest place in the world, it is also considered the place with the most suicides per year.
Its temperatures in winter are between -5 degrees and -30 degrees Celsius and even in summer it is difficult to exceed 10 centigrade, which has meant that for a car to move without difficulty, you have to add a series of additives to the fuel, otherwise, the diesel would end up frozen in a matter of hours, likewise the pipes of water supply and sewage of the houses should have have heating system, otherwise, these could freeze to the point of bursting ... ah, but yes, by law, in Greenland no one can own the land in which they live.
And if this already seems strange, wait to know the following information, because in that place, the whale and seals, are the typical national dish, so whether raw or cooked, they eat up their skin to take advantage of the huge amount of vitamins it contains.
It should be noted that during the winter, there is no road that can link two inhabited cities, because everything is completely covered with ice, so to go from one place to another have to resort to the use of aircraft, special motorcycle for snow or , even a dog sled, something very common in this place of beautiful landscapes, but of such low temperatures, that practically no tourist wants to visit it.
Likewise, there are days when the Greenlanders practically do not see the sunlight, so they spend most of their time in the dark, and this country has a large number of suicides, because people live in constant depression due to cold and darkness. In total 1 in 5 young people between 15 and 17 years have tried to commit suicide, but the worst of all, is that although this information is well known to all, suicides of both large and small continue.
And you would dare to visit Greenland?
